-SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS: Cancelling your appointment same day will result in a charge to the card on file up to 100% for the services booked, due to loss of income for me. All cancellation fees must be paid in order to be able to rebook for a future appointment. LATE POLICY: If you are running late to your appointment, please text or call me ASAP! If you are more than 8 minutes late to your appointment, I will have to move on to my next client and the appointment will be considered a same day cancellation. Time is important to everyone and when you book an appointment, my time is specifically set aside for you. I will always respect your time, please respect mine in return. <3 NO-SHOW POLICY: Please understand that if you no-show your appointment, you are subject to a charge up to 100% of the services scheduled to the card on file.
